Our common "three coating and one cloth" process, in order to better play the anti cracking performance of waterproof coating, also added non-woven fabric as reinforcement. The reason for the appearance of "water in all" is that there are many small holes in the middle of the concrete. Water will follow these holes and cracks and leak down, and the concrete will crack. Due to its moisture resistance, air permeability and flexibility, non-woven fabrics can be closely combined with waterproof coating. At the same time, the more important role of non-woven fabrics in waterproof is strengthening and crack prevention.
How to resist tensile cracking? Take a very simple example of a problem. When we are decorating, when there are slight structural cracks on the wall, the paint and the master will tell us that it can only be solved by hanging a net. This net is glass fiber mesh cloth, which is used to improve the tensile force brought by the shrinkage development of various concrete and putty.
Similarly, the non-woven fabrics used in the waterproof construction process are also used as reinforcing materials to enhance the tensile properties of the coating, so that the waterproof coating forms a whole and is watertight.
